Two new cream separators will soon be available, A De Laval Junior and a McCormick Deering Ball Bearing cream separator. These have been powder coated, with an FDA-approved brilliant white powder. Don't waste your money on a cheap imported plastic separator - these separators are an investment and can make you more money or save you more money than what you pay, in cream and butter!
